I take a holistic approach to counseling to support overall mental wellness. Cognitive Behavior Therapy plays a big part in that. With CBT, a supportive and collaborative relationship is essential, and we'll also explore how thinking, emotions, and behaviors are related. I work with adults, teens, and couples and also offer family counseling.
